We are surely blessed to have another year to learn about Jesus Christ!. This Unit 2 is
is titled "God's Committment-Our Response" which is based out of Romans. Below will be the descipritions
of each lesson. There are daily bible lessons for you to read so when u get to Sunday School you will have a better
knowledge of the subject at hand. Don't forget Sunday School starts at 9:30am and there are classes for all
ages. So join with us as we endeavor to learn about Christ.

God Calls Church Leaders
I Timothy 3:2-15
God calls those who are in leadership. He has guidelines, or requirements, for those who will
represent Him. This epistle teaches that to be a church leader or elder is a grave responsibility, and the leader has
to give and account to God for how he has shepehereded God's lambs and sheep.

Guidance for Teaching
I Timthoy 4
This part of Pail's epistle to Timothy gives instructions for elders(leaders) and also warnings against
false teachers. Preaching and teaching for God includes setting an example in coduct, faith , purity, and speech.
These ministries also require reflection on God's Word and spiritual discernment.

God Desires Justice and Mercy
1 Timothy 5:1-8, 17-24
Here Pail gives advice on how leaders in the church can treat all church members compassionately and
fairly. He instructs that, for the good of the whole body, the Christian community must not only provide care for her
members, but also provide just resolutions of problems that may arise within the church.
